The room I got upgraded to as an SPG Gold member was incredible; it even had workout equipment like a treadmill and balance ball, which was a first for me in a hotel room. The room was spacious with two double beds, offering plenty of space to move around. The hotel also had convenient opening hours from 6 pm to 10 pm, making it very flexible for guests.
